Performing, composing, arranging, recording, producing, loving.

Like the band’s name “Sore on Sunday” the band is original in its style. No flashy colors, no clicks or gimmicks, just good music. 4 guys from Gladstone, a small town of 5200 located in the UP of Michigan. Tyler Henderson - lead vocals , guitar. Drew Lavacque lead guitar: J.P. Grenier-bass: Jason Kuehl - drums.

- Mary Ann Cancilla, Escanaba Daily Press (Feb 23, 2006)

“ESCANABA - The results are in - Sore on Sunday will open for Everclear at the U.P. State Fair tonight. Sore on Sunday is a local band including members drummer Jason Kuehl, bassist/vocalist J.P. Grenier, lead guitarist Eric Nault, guitarist and lead vocalist Tyler Henderson and guitarist Drew Lavacque, according to its website. The group responded to a contest sponsored by WGLQ Magic 97 and www.radioresultsnetwork.com, asking for entries of music videos. From there, competition was narrowed down to four local bands: Driver, Skronat, Hollow and Sore on Sunday. These four finalists were sent on to Everclear, who hosted its own contest on the band's website, www.everclearonline.com/. Residents were able to vote for which band they liked best, and comment, as well. Everclear then sorted through the responses and selected Sore on Sunday to open for them at the fair. Everclear's performance is set for 8 p.m. tonight in the grandstand. ”
